ORDERS:
ORDER
This matter is before me pursuant to Respondent's Notice of Motion and Motion to Withdraw Agency Transmittal in the above-referenced matter regarding the issuance of a temporary beer and wine permit and a sales and consumption license for liquor.
A review of the Respondent's Motion reflects that:
1. The Respondent contends that a permanent license has been issued to the Petitioner;
2. There is no controversy between the Petitioner and the Respondent;
3. Respondent certifies compliance with Rule 11, SCRCP, and has consulted with opposing counsel in good faith to resolve this
matter; and
4. Respondent is informed and believes that opposing counsel does not oppose this Motion.
Based on the foregoing,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this matter is hereby DISMISSED.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
