ORDERS:
ORDER OF ABEYANCE
On July 28, 2003, the Court received a letter signed by both parties requesting that this case
be held in abeyance pending the issuance of a revision of the permit by DHEC.
Therefore, the interest of judicial economy requires that this case be held in abeyance until
Wednesday, October 1, 2003, at which time Samuel L. Finklea, attorney for DHEC, shall notify the
Administrative Law Judge Division of the status of the case.
Based on the status on October 1, 2003, a decision will be made on whether this case shall
be set for hearing or otherwise in another manner consistent with the ends of justice.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
