ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is before the Administrative Law Judge Division ("Division") pursuant to the application of the Spinx Company,
Inc., d/b/a Spinx #133, located at 2206 North Main Street, Anderson, South Carolina, for an off-premises beer and wine
permit. This application was protested by Reverend William Rigsby. After notice to the parties, a hearing was scheduled for
May 22, 2000. The Notice of Hearing was sent certified to the Protestant, and delivered on April 12, 2000. The Protestant
did not appear at the hearing and the protest is deemed abandoned. No other protests were made to this application.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the above-referenced matter is forwarded to the Department of Revenue to
forthwith process the application of the Spinx Company, Inc., d/b/a Spinx #133, and to issue the requested permit, and
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter is DISMISSED.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
