ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is before me upon a Stipulation of Dismissal Without Prejudice signed by Robert D. Moseley, Jr., Attorney for
Petitioner, giving notice of the "dismissal of the Summons and Complaint" in the above matter, and consented to and signed
by Barbara Wessinger, Attorney for Respondent. The Stipulation of Dismissal Without Prejudice was filed with the
undersigned Administrative Law Judge on May 8, 2000, and is incorporated herein by reference. In light of the filing of the
Stipulation of Dismissal Without Prejudice, there are no contested issues remaining before the Administrative Law Judge
Division. A hearing on the merits is currently scheduled for June 27, 2000, at 9:30 a.m.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the hearing in the above matter which is scheduled for June 27, 2000 at 9:30 a.m. is
cancelled.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the above-captioned case bearing Docket No. 00-ALJ-19-0155-CC is hereby dismissed
without prejudice.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
