ORDERS:
ORDER
This matter is before the Administrative Law Judge Division (“Division”) pursuant to
Proponent’s request for a Hearing on a Proposed Regulation. A hearing was scheduled for May 1,
2003 at the offices of the Division. S.C. Code Ann. § 1-23-110 (Supp. 2001) requires that a hearing
be held if requested by twenty-five persons, a government subdivision or agency, or an association
having not less than twenty-five members. Proponent notified this office on April 8, 2003, that all
requests made for a hearing had been withdrawn . Therefore, the hearing scheduled for May 1, 2003
was cancelled.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
