ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is before the Administrative Law Judge Division (“Division”) pursuant to a
request for a contested case hearing filed by Petitioner on March 25, 2003, contesting the valuation
of Petitioner’s 2002 Ford Explorer XLS.
A Notice of Hearing scheduling this matter to be heard at 10:00 a.m. on June 2, 2003, was
filed on April 16, 2003, and served on the parties of record on April 22, 2003. The hearing was called
to order at the time and place set forth in the Notice of Hearing. Neither Petitioner nor Respondent
were present or represented at the hearing.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this matter is dismissed with prejudice.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
