ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is before me pursuant to the request of Petitioner Zonta Foundation of Charleston,
Inc. for a contested case hearing regarding the decision of Respondent South Carolina Secretary of
State to impose a $1,000 fine for violation of S.C. Code Ann. § 33-56-60 (Supp. 2002). Petitioner
has notified this tribunal that it has reached a settlement with Respondent and that it wishes to cancel
its request for a contested case hearing. Accordingly,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the above-referenced matter is dismissed with prejudice;
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
