ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above-captioned matter is scheduled to be heard on Thursday, July, 31, 1997,
at the Administrative Law Judge Division, Columbia, South Carolina. Before the hearing
in this case the parties stipulated pursuant to SCRCP 41 to the dismissal of this action.
ALJD Rule 52 provides that "[t]he South Carolina Rules of Civil Procedure may, where
practicable, be applied in proceedings before the Division to resolve questions not
addressed by [the ALJD] rules." Finding good cause,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this case be dismissed.
