ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above-entitled case is pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division. On July 29, 2002, a letter requesting
that the above referenced case be dismissed was received from Hana Pokorna-Williamson, Attorney for Intervenor, with the
enclosure of a letter of withdrawal from Petitioner dated July 24, 2002. Copies of both letters are attached hereto and made
a part of this Order.
Therefore, IT IS ORDERED that the above-captioned case be and hereby is dismissed..
