ORDER OF DISMISSAL

By letter dated January 18, 2002, Hana Pokorna-Williamson, Attorney for the Consumer Advocate, stated that after reviewing additional information from Petitioner Selective Insurance Company of South Carolina, the Consumer Advocate believes the requested rate change will not produce rates which are excessive, inadequate, or unfairly discriminatory. The Consumer Advocate, therefore, wishes to withdraw its request for a public hearing in this matter. The other parties do not oppose the dismissal of the above-captioned matter.
