ORDER OF DISMISSAL
By letter dated May 8, 2001, Hana Pokorna-Williamson, Attorney for the Consumer Advocate, stated
that after reviewing the case in more detail, the Consumer Advocate believes that there are no issues for
adjudication. Therefore, it wishes to withdraw its request for a public hearing in this rate increase
matter; the other parties do not oppose the dismissal of the above-captioned matter.
THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this case is dismissed with prejudice.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
