ORDERS:
ORDER AND DECISION
This matter was pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division pursuant S. C. Code Ann.
§§ 50-17-1150 and 50-17-1160 (Supp. 1995) to review the decision by the South Carolina
Department of Natural Resources to suspend Petitioner's coastal fishing privileges. By letter
dated February 7, 1996, the Petitioner, Charles Edward Fleck, through this attorney withdrew his
appeal of this matter. A copy of the letter is attached hereto as Exhibit A. It appears that no
further action is required. It is therefore,
ORDERED, that the above referenced case is DISMISSED.
