ORDER OF DISMISSAL
By
a letter dated July 19, 2006, Respondent Southern States Police Benevolent
Association, Inc., notified this Court that the parties have reached a
settlement of the above-captioned case and, therefore, that it wishes to
withdraw its request for a contested case hearing in this matter. Therefore, as
there are no justiciable issues remaining in controversy,
IT
IS HEREBY ORDERED that the above-captioned case is DISMISSED with
prejudice.
