ORDERS:
CONSENT ORDER
IT APPEARS that this Court has subject matter jurisdiction over this action
and personal jurisdiction over the parties.
IT FURTHER APPEARS that the Parties have reached an agreed settlement which they desire be made an Order of this
Court. It has been agreed that Respondents will consent to a permanent injunction, enjoining them from further violation of
S.C. Code Ann. § 40-29-30. Specifically, the agreed upon injunction shall permanently enjoin Respondents from further
engaging in or offering to engage in the business of selling manufactured housing in this State while not properly licensed
pursuant to S.C. Code Ann. § 40-29-10, et seq. (2001). It is understood that the Respondents have some sale contracts that
are pending closing, and they shall complete these transactions. Thereafter, Respondents are permanently enjoined from
selling or offering to engage in the business of selling manufactured housing in this State, and Respondents agree to
immediately cease any and all advertisements to sell manufactured homes until such time as they are properly licensed.
THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Respondents, effective
immediately be permanently enjoined from further violation of S.C. Code Ann.
§ 40-29-30 (2001). Specifically, Respondents are permanently enjoined from engaging in or offering to engage in the
business of selling manufactured housing in this State, with the exception of all homes currently under contract, until such
time as they obtain the proper licenses required by applicable provisions of S.C. Code Ann. § 40-29-10 et seq. (Supp.
2001). Respondents must also immediately cease any and all advertisements to sell manufactured homes within thirty (30)
days of signing this agreement, or until such time as they are properly licensed.
