Muldrow Mill Pond Owners’ Association, notified this tribunal that the organization has decided
to address its concerns in another forum and therefore wishes to withdraw its request for a contested
case hearing in the above-captioned matter. Therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the motions hearing scheduled in this matter for Thursday,
April 17, 2003, is CANCELED and the above-captioned case is DISMISSED with prejudice.
