ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above-captioned contested case was filed with the Administrative Law
Court (Court) on September 6, 2005. On May 16, 2006, Petitioner filed a Motion
to Withdraw Petition in this matter. Respondent Saluda County Water and Sewer
Authority filed a letter with the Court on May 18, 2006 consenting to the
motion, asking the Court to dismiss this matter with prejudice.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that this matter is hereby DISMISSED
WITH PREJUDICE.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
