ORDERS:
CONSENT ORDER OF DISMISSAL
Petitioners appealed
the Department of Health & Environmental Control’s issuance of permits to
construct improvements in Heritage Shores Public Nature Park. Petitioners and
Respondents have resolved their differences in connection with Petitioners’
appeals and have consented to dismissals of the appeals. Therefore, it is
ordered that the above captioned appeal is hereby dismissed.
