ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This
matter is before the South Carolina Administrative Law Court (“ALC” or “Court”)
for a contested case hearing upon the request of Jay Bee, LLC, d/b/a Corner
Spirits 2 ("Petitioner") filed November 23, 2005.
A
hearing on the merits was scheduled to begin on Thursday, February 9, 2006 at
10:00 a.m. at the Administrative Law Court. In a letter filed with the Court on
February 6, 2006, Petitioner notified the ALC of its desire to withdraw its
request for a contested case hearing.
IT
IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the above-captioned case is hereby DISMISSED
WITH PREJUDICE.
AND
IT IS SO ORDERED.
