ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL WITHOUT PREJUDICE
The Court has been advised by the parties
that Petitioner is presently pursuing alternative methods of obtaining the
documents requested by Petitioner by means of the present action. Accordingly,
there is no present need for this case to remain active on the Court’s docket.
The Court therefore dismisses this matter without prejudice to the right of
Petitioner to reapply later for the same relief sought in this action, whether
by means of a new action or by means of a motion to enforce the Court’s prior
Order in this matter.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
