ORDERS:
ORDER DENYING MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION
The above-captioned matter is before this tribunal on Petitioner's October 9, 2002 Petition for Injunctive Relief. This
Petition sought an order from this tribunal requiring Respondent State Board of Medical Examiners (Board) to provide
Petitioner with certain documents pertaining to a disciplinary investigation against him. A hearing on the Petition was held
before this tribunal on November 26, 2002, and Petitioner's request for injunctive relief was denied by an Order of this
tribunal dated December 13, 2002. On December 23, 2002, Petitioner filed a Motion for Reconsideration of that Order,
and the Board filed a return to Petitioner's motion on December 27, 2002. Having fully considered Petitioner's motion and
the applicable law, I find that, despite Petitioner's strained attempt to muster legal support for his position, Petitioner's
Motion for Reconsideration is without merit and must be denied.
Therefore, for the reasons set forth in my Order of Denying Petition for Injunctive Relief of December 13, 2002, which is
incorporated herein by reference,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Petitioner's Motion for Reconsideration is DENIED.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
