ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is before the Administrative Law Court (ALC or Court) pursuant to the Request for a Contested Case Hearing filed August 11, 2005. A hearing on the merits was scheduled to begin at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 6, 2005. On the morning of October 6, counsel for Petitioner contacted this Court indicating Petitioner wished to withdraw her request for a contested case hearing.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Docket No. 05-ALJ-17-0313-CC Contested Case is hereby DISMISSED with prejudice.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
