ORDERS:
FINAL ORDER AND DECISION
This matter is before the Court for an Order requiring the Respondent to appear before the Petitioning Board, or the person
designated by it, and to produce documentary evidence and to give other evidence concerning a matter under inquiry by the
Board. The Petition was filed July 23, 2002 and served on the parties as required. By Answer filed August 19, 2002, the
Respondent admitted the allegations of the Petition and requested that an Order be issued requiring the Respondent to
produce the requested documentary evidence.
Since there appears to be no case in controversy, it is hereby ORDERED that the Respondent appear before the Board, or
the person designated by it, and produce any and all documentary evidence as requested in the Subpoena Duces Tecum
dated March 28, 2002 and previously served on the Respondent.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
