Whereas, John P. Freeman and the Charleston County Assessor, Petitioners and
Respondents in the above-captioned respective cases move this Court for an order of dismissal
on the grounds that the cases have settled and there remain no outstanding issues for this Court
to address, therefore, both parties respectfully request that these cases be dismissed and removed
from the docket, or in the alternative, each party withdraws the petition for a contested case
hearing.
Wherefore, upon motions of John P. Freeman and the Charleston County Assessor, and
with the consent of both parties, these matters are hereby dismissed.
