ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
Counsel for the Petitioners notified this Court by letter dated January 27, 2005, that they
desired to withdraw their request for a contested case hearing having reached an agreement with
the Respondent. There being no case in controversy after the Petitioners’ withdrawal,
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that this case is DISMISSED.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
