ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL WITHOUT PREJUDICE
Counsel for the State Board of Examiners for the Licensure of Professional Counselors,
Marriage and Family Therapists, and Psycho-educational Specialists has advised the Court that it
wishes to withdraw its Motion for Injunction in this matter, without prejudice, with the Board’s
ability to re-file this matter if such should eventually become necessary. Counsel for Respondent
has advised that he has no objection. Accordingly,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this matter is dismissed without prejudice.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
