ORDERS:
The Respondent notified the Court by letter dated May 6, 2009 that it received a notice from Petitioner withdrawing its application for a Retail Liquor License. There being no case in controversy after the Petitioner’s withdrawal,
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that this case is DISMISSED.
