ORDERS:
CONSENT ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The Petitioner
(taxpayer) filed a request for a contested case hearing on February 20, 2009.
Such request concerned the property tax valuation of certain property owned by
the taxpayer. Both the taxpayer and Respondent (Department) consent to
remanding taxpayer’s request to the Department. Accordingly, the parties
herein request that the instant matter be dismissed without prejudice. This
case is therefore dismissed without prejudice by the Court with the consent of
the parties.
