ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
THIS
MATTER comes before the Administrative Law Court (ALC or Court) pursuant to the
request for a contested case by Petitioner on March 26, 2008. On March 3,
2009, however, Petitioner notified the court that the parties settled the
matter by signing a Consent Agreement and requested that this matter sub
judice be dismissed.
THEREFORE,
IT IS ORDERED that the above referenced case is HEREBY DISMISSED WITH
PREJUDICE.
AND
IT IS SO ORDERED.
