ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
By
letter dated March 3, 2009, Respondent advised the Court that it is not
proceeding with this matter before the Court as it intends to pay the
Department the civil penalty assessed to it regarding the September 26, 2008
violation of 23 S.C. Code Ann. Regs. 7-401.4(F). Accordingly, it is hereby
ORDERED that Respondent must pay to the Department, within thirty (30) days from the
date of this Order, the amount of four hundred dollars ($400). This represents
the amount imposed upon Respondent by the Department in its December 2, 2008
Department Determination; it is further
ORDERED that this matter is DISMISSED with prejudice.
AND
IT IS SO ORDERED.
