ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This
matter is before the Administrative Law Court (“Court”) pursuant to the Request
for Contested Case Hearing filed by Respondent Maxie Keith McMillian. On March
12, 2009, Respondent informed the Court that the parties have resolved all issues
in this matter, and as such, Respondent is withdrawing his Request for a
Contested Case Hearing. Accordingly, it is hereby
ORDERED that the hearing currently scheduled at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, March 30, 2009 is
CANCELLED; it is further
ORDERED this matter is DISMISSED with prejudice.
AND
IT IS SO ORDERED.
