ORDER OF DISMISSAL
THIS
MATTER comes before the Administrative Law Court (ALC or Court) based on a
Notice of Appeal filed by Appellant on December 2, 2008. On February 11, 2009,
however, Appellant informed the Court that the appeal resulted from a clerical
error which has since been resolved, and the driver’s license has been
reinstated. Consequently, there is no need to move forward with this matter sub
judice. Therefore,
IT
IS HEREBY ORDERED that the above referenced case is DISMISSED.
AND
IT IS SO ORDERED.
