ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
THIS
MATTER COMES before me at the request of the Respondent, Office of
Secretary of State which, with the consent of the Petitioner, DCT/Latimer
Alumni, moves for a voluntary dismissal of the above-captioned contested case.
By letter dated July 16, 2008, the Court was notified that the Parties had
settled this matter, and that the Petitioner has paid the monetary penalty in
full. Based on good cause shown,
IT
IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that, pursuant to Rule 41(a)(2)
of the South Carolina Rules of Civil Procedure, with the consent of all parties
hereto, this action, including all claims herein asserted by all parties, is
hereby dismissed.
AND
IT IS SO ORDERED.
