ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This
matter is before the Administrative Law Court (Court) pursuant to a request for
a contested case hearing filed May 28, 2008. By Consent Motion For Dismissal
filed on July 9, 2008, the parties of record in the above-captioned matter
petition this Court for an order of dismissal. The parties have reached a
settlement on all contested issues and jointly stipulate and request a
dismissal with prejudice.
Therefore,
finding good cause,
IT
IS HEREBY ORDERED that this matter is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
