The Petitioner’s counsel notified this Court by letter dated November 29, 2004, that the
Petitioner desired to withdraw its request for a contested case hearing based on the Respondent’s
denial of the Petitioner’s application for a retail liquor license. There being no case in
controversy after the Petitioner’s withdrawal,
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that this case is DISMISSED.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
