CONSENT ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is an appeal by South Carolina Electric

Certification issued on February 19, 2007, by South Carolina Department of
Health and Environmental Control (DHEC) for SCE&G’s Cope Station in
Orangeburg County, South Carolina.
The parties have agreed to resolve this case by
DHEC’s issuance of a revised 401 Water Quality Certification and have requested

The revised 401 Water Quality Certification is
attached hereto and made part and parcel hereof.
NOW THEREFORE, upon the joint motion and consent of
the parties, this case is hereby dismissed with prejudice except as to
enforcement of the terms of the 401 Water Quality Certification attached
