ORDERS:
ORDER
This matter is before the undersigned pursuant to the South Carolina Department of Consumer Affairs’ (“Department”) petition for injunctive relief filed with the Administrative Law Court on February 12, 2008. On March 12, 2008, the Department filed a Motion to Dismiss in which it stated that the parties have voluntarily agreed to settle all issues pertaining to this matter.
THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Department’s Motion to Dismiss is GRANTED.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the above-captioned matter is hereby DISMISSED, WITH PREJUDICE.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
