ORDERS:
ORDER
This
matter is before the undersigned pursuant to the South Carolina Department of
Consumer Affairs’ (“Department” or “Petitioner”) petition for injunctive relief
filed with the Administrative Law Court on January 16, 2008. On February 21,
2008, the Petitioner filed a Motion to Dismiss pursuant to a Settlement
Agreement and Release (“Agreement”) between the Department and Palmetto Pro
Mortgage Company, LLC, and John Gregory Barnes (“Respondents”), in which the Respondents
agreed to pay refunds in the amount of two thousand five hundred thirty-two
dollars and one cent ($2,532.01) to specifically named individual borrowers and
cease and desist from any activities that violate S.C. Code Ann. § 40-58-10, et
seq. (Rev. 2001).
IT
IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Department’s Motion to Dismiss is GRANTED.
IT
IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Agreement shall be binding upon all parties to
this matter.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
