THIS MATTER COMES
before me at the joint request of the parties to dismiss the above-captioned
contested case with prejudice. By letter dated January 18, 2008 the Court was
notified that the Petitioners and Respondent Affordable Waste Disposal had
agreed to terms of a settlement which resolves all issues raised by Petitioners
in this case. Based on good cause shown,
IT IS THEREFORE
ORDERED that the contested case hearing in this matter, which is scheduled
for Monday, January 28, 2008, at 10:00 a.m., is hereby cancelled.
IT IS FURTHER
ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that, with the consent of all parties hereto,
this action, including all claims herein asserted by all parties, is hereby
dismissed with prejudice.
AND IT IS SO
