ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter comes before the Administrative Law Court pursuant to Petitioner’s Notice of Motion and Motion to Order
Respondent to Retain Counsel or Dismiss Contested Case filed on February 4,
2008. A conference call was held on this matter on February 11, 2008. During
the conference call, Respondent consented to this matter being dismissed. Therefore,
finding good cause,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for
February 20, 2008 in this matter is canceled; and
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter is dismissed.
