ORDERS:
ORDER OF REMAND
The
above-captioned matter is before the Administrative Law Court (“Court”)
pursuant to the Notice of Appeal filed May 17, 2006.
A
review of the correspondence submitted by the parties to the Court reveals that
certain exhibits regarding this matter have been lost from the record and cannot
be found. It further appears that a meaningful appellate review cannot be
completed without these exhibits.
THEREFORE,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the above-referenced appeal is hereby REMANDED to the DMVH for a complete new hearing as if no previous hearing has been
held.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
