ORDERS:
CONSENT ORDER TO REMAND
The above captioned matter was heard
before the Respondent on March 14, 2007, and timely appealed to this court. Contemporaneous
with this appeal, the Appellant moved to supplement the record. Appellant’s
Motion has not been heard by this Court. The Parties, by consent, petitioned
this Court to remand the matter so that the supplemental materials may be
further considered by Respondent in the underlying proceedings. This remand
shall not affect either Party’s right to appeal from any adverse decision
arising from the continuation of the underlying proceedings.
Therefore, with the consent of the
Parties, this matter is hereby remanded to the Residential Builders Commission
for further proceedings.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
