ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above-captioned contested case was filed with the Administrative Law Court (Court) on
September 21, 2004. On October 8, 2004, A.G. Solomons, Jr., attorney for the Petitioner, filed a
letter with the Court in which he set forth that the Petitioner was withdrawing his request for a
contested case hearing in this matter. Therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this matter is dismissed with prejudice.
