ORDERS:
CONSENT ORDER FOR WITHDRAWAL FROM APPEAL BY THE RESPONDENT
This
case comes before the Administrative Law Court pursuant to an appeal of the
Final Order and Decision of the South Carolina Department of Motor Vehicle
Hearings filed by the South Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV).
In
response to the appeal, the Respondent, Jackson Guess Stavrou, South Carolina
Drivers License No. 11386200, by and through his undersigned attorney, and with
the consent of the Department of Motor Vehicles, hereby voluntarily withdraws
from the appeal.
The
Respondent knowingly and intelligently withdraws from the appeal for personal
reasons and understands that, as a result of the withdrawal, his driver’s
license will be suspended for a period of ninety days pursuant to Code Section
56-5-2950.
This
withdrawal is entered without regard to the merits of the appeal.
IT
IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Final Order and Decision issued on May 7, 2007,
is reversed, and the DMV may reinstate the Respondent’s suspension.
AND
IT IS SO ORDERED.
