ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above-captioned matter was filed with the Administrative Law Court (ALC or Court) on April 3, 2006. On July 5, 2006 the Department set forth a letter stating that they were withdrawing their appeal in a list of cases involving the same issue as the appeal referenced above. Upon a subsequent review of the list, this case was included on the list, although improperly referenced. Therefore, finding good cause,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this matter is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
