Timothy O. Holloway filed a request for a contested case hearing in the above-captioned matter with the Administrative Law Court on December 1, 2006. On January 11, 2007, the court received a letter from Timothy O. Holloway stating that he would like to withdraw this case. Therefore, pursuant to Administrative Law Court Rule 68 and South Carolina Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(2), it is hereby
ORDERED that this matter is DISMISSED without prejudice.
