This is a contested case in which the Petitioner challenges Administrative Order 96-45-DWP issued by Respondent South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control.
The parties have informed the Court that the matters at issue in this action have been
resolved. Therefore, with the consent of the parties, it is
ORDERED that this matter be dismissed with prejudice.
