In the above-referenced cases, by letter filed October 10, 1996, legal representative for Petitioner
advised this tribunal that the Petitioner withdraws its request for contested case hearings and
moves to have these cases dismissed.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that these cases are hereby dismissed with prejudice.
