ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above-entitled case is pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division. A hearing on
the matter was scheduled for July 30, 1996. It appears that the parties have resolved their
differences and the request for an evidentiary hearing is withdrawn, pursuant to the attached letter
by Petitioner's counsel dated July 23, 1996. Now therefore, by motion of the Petitioner, by and
with the consent of Respondent,
IT IS ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for July 30, 1996 is canceled, and
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the above-captioned case be and hereby is dismissed with
prejudice.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
