Based upon the joint Motion of Petitioner, Worsley Companies, Incorporated (Worsley), and Respondent South Carolina
Department of Health and Environmental Control (DHEC), the above captioned action is voluntarily dismissed with
prejudice. The parties have agreed and entered into the attached Consent Order dated May 22, 2000, which is incorporated
herein as the Order of this Administrative Law Judge.
