In the above-captioned matter, Petitioner sought the review of the issuance by the Respondent South Carolina Department
of Health and Environmental Control of Air Construction Permit No. 9900-0346-CA to Respondent LCI-Linerberger
Construction, Inc. By Stipulation of Dismissal dated December 13, 1999, the parties agreed to a dismissal with prejudice of
this case.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the above-captioned case is hereby dismissed with prejudice.
